Super Green Sanwich

 This sandwich is easy to make and nutritious because of its key ingredients ie Microgreens. Sandwich is rich in Vitamins due to its super toppings.

Ingredients: 

  • 4 Slices of Multigrain / brown bread.
  • 3 tablespoon of Avocado spread
  • Fresh ground black paper
  • 1 cup of Mustard microgreens
  • 1/2 cup of fenugreek microgreens
  • 18-22 thin cucumber and tomato slices
  • 6 slices of provolone cheese
For Avocado spread:

  • Smash the avocado with the help of fork.

  • make a smooth paste










  • Add black paper and salt as per taste.

Procedure:

  • Divide avocado sauce equally between each slice of brown bread and spread.

  • Sprinkle each slide with freshly ground black paper

  • Divide following equally and top two of the slices with Cucumber slices, Tomato slices, Provolone cheese and micro greens.

  • Serve with sauce / Dip (As per your choice)
