Super Green Sanwich

This sandwich is easy to make and nutritious because of its key ingredients ie Microgreens. Sandwich is rich in Vitamins due to its super toppings.

Ingredients:
- 4 Slices of Multigrain / brown bread.
- 3 tablespoon of Avocado spread
- Fresh ground black paper
- 1 cup of Mustard microgreens
- 1/2 cup of fenugreek microgreens
- 18-22 thin cucumber and tomato slices
- 6 slices of provolone cheese
- Add black paper and salt as per taste.

- Divide avocado sauce equally between each slice of brown bread and spread.
- Sprinkle each slide with freshly ground black paper
- Divide following equally and top two of the slices with Cucumber slices, Tomato slices, Provolone cheese and micro greens.
- Serve with sauce / Dip (As per your choice)
